SKU: 4099 Rode Eierkrab in Vitrine H24B23D19
Atergatis integerrimus, better known as the Red Egg Crab, is a striking crab species found mainly in the waters around Australia and New Zealand. This crab is known for its bright red colour and striking appearance.
A fun fact about the Red Egg Crab is that it is one of the few crab species that actively swims at the surface of the water, instead of living on the seabed. This behaviour makes it an interesting and unique animal to observe.
This beautiful Red Egg Crab has been mounted by an experienced taxidermist and is presented in an elegant display case. Taxidermy is the art of mounting and preserving animals, and the result is a lifelike representation of the original animal.
Every mounted animal that By Max delivers is delivered with the necessary legal documents. This can be a CITES document, declaration of origin or just the invoice (this depends on the species). These documents guarantee the origin and legality of the preparation.
