At By Max, we are constantly looking for special animals, taxidermy and natural history objects to expand our collection. We buy both individual specimens and complete collections and batches.
This may include deceased animals from private individuals, zoos and animal parks, as well as taxidermy animals, complete collections and other naturalia. From one special specimen to an entire estate or even a complete freezer full of deceased animals.

We buy deceased animals from private individuals, zoos and animal parks. These may be individual animals, but also several animals at once or complete freezers full of deceased animals.
Do you have taxidermy animals that you would like to sell? We are interested in special specimens, older mounts and complete taxidermy collections.
We buy complete private collections, collections from enthusiasts and estates, for example when a collection is being ended or as part of an inheritance.
You can also come to us for skulls, skeletons, antlers, horns, specimens and other special natural history objects.
Not every sale consists of a single separate product. Sometimes it involves a collection that has been carefully built up over many years, a complete shop or business inventory, or a large batch of animals and naturalia.
Precisely these larger batches and complete collections can be of interest to By Max. We would be happy to see whether we can take over an entire collection or estate. So you do not need to offer each specimen separately.
Also, if you want to end a collection or if you are dealing with an inheritance, we would be happy to think along with you.

When buying animals, taxidermy animals and other natural history objects, transparent origin is important to us.
Depending on the animal species and the object concerned, documentation may be required. This could include, for example, CITES documents or other proof of legal origin.
Do you have documentation available? Please mention this in your offer. We assess per specimen whether the purchase is possible and which documents are required for this.
Whether it is one deceased animal, a special taxidermy bird, a complete taxidermy collection or a freezer full of deceased animals: we are always interested in special offers.
Send us a few photos and briefly tell us what you would like to sell. For larger collections or batches, you can also indicate approximately how many specimens are involved and where they are located.
